1. Overview
This Shipping Policy describes how LadyReignmaker ("we," "us," or "our") handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. By placing an order with us, you accept the practices outlined in this policy. 
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is received.
Please Note: Processing times may be slightly delayed during peak holidays or high-volume sales periods, or due to global transportation events ( shipping industry contraints, etc.). Rest assured that we do process or ship orders on weekends or major national holidays. 
3. Shipping Times & Rates
Because we source our products directly from global manufacturers and suppliers, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. 
  • Estimated delivery times are 10–20 business days. 
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is Flat rate and calculated at checkout:
    • Small packages $4.99
    • Medium packages $6.99
    • Large packages $8.99

Important Disclaimer: Delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, extreme weather, or global supply chain disruptions beyond our control. Rates are subject to change depending on global transportation events ( ex: price of fuel, closed routes, etc.). All rates are disclosed at the point of purchase. 
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email containing a preliminary tracking number. You will get a new final tracking number closer to the date of final delivery. You can use this final tracking number to monitor your package's progress on directly through the carrier's website. This method allows 3-5 days for tracking information to update in the system. 
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LadyReignmaker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Staged, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
