1. 11 CT - 83x63 cm -- A standard, common beginner size, that typically uses 3 strands of floss.
2. 9 CT - 100x75 cm -- A specialty, less common coarse weave. It uses very large holes, creates a chunky stitch, and requires more floss strands (usually 4 or more) for full coverage.

Silk Thread: New design element made from cotton using updated technology, not real silk. It is much smoother between your fingers and richer in color than plain cotton, and simply more beautiful when the stitches are completed because of the refinement.
